Zero to One Recruitment agency is looking for a highly-skilled and experienced Manager Artificial Intelligence & Data to join the Strategy & Analytics team for famous consulting company, located in Switzerland .

The role involves helping clients transform their business with data-driven thinking and technology.

The successful candidate should be a subject matter expert in data strategy, data modelling, data governance, data architecture and Cloud platform design & configuration.

Candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to manage projects end-to-end, develop and maintain trusted client relationships, and drive business development.

The candidate should have a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and excellent subject matter competence.

The role is located in Zurich, Geneva, or Basel.

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s or PhD degree in life science, information technology, etc.
  • You have 6+  years of work experience in a technical or strategic role (Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Data Management, Data Engineering, Analytics in Consulting, Financial Services, Life Sciences, or Tech company)
  • You have practical experience and deep knowledge in multiple of the following disciplines – data strategy, data modelling (data vault or dimensional modelling preferred), data governance (incl. data catalogs), data architecture, Cloud platform design & configuration, DataOps
  • You are able to deal with setbacks and unexpected circumstances, and course-correct while keeping your composure and motivation
  • You have a clear idea of how consulting business works and prefer to work in fast-paced, intense environments where you get to work with business and data & analytics stakeholders
  • You have a demonstrated experience in influencing decisions makers and “selling” your ideas.
  • You have affinity to work on both strategic, conceptual problems as well as practical hands-on technical implementations of data products
  • You communicate confidently in English And German.
  • Knowledge of SQL and python/Spark is preferred, but not a must.
  • Working experience in either Financial Services, Insurance, or Consumer is beneficial.
  • Understanding of Life Science data & analytics operating models and data is preferred, but not a must.
  • Practical experience with one or more of Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks or Collibra/Informatica solutions is preferred.
